MgO single crystal substrate from Coupletech is an excellent single crystal substrate which can be widely used in many thin film technology fields. Since the MgO single crystal has a small dielectric constant and loss in the microwave band, and large area of the substrate can be obtained, it is one of the most important industrial high temperature superconducting film single crystal substrate, suitable for ferromagnetism, photoelectron and high temperature superconducting thin films, etc.

MgO substrate has many excellent capability and parameter. Their growth method is special arc melting, the crystal structure is cubic, the unit cell constant is 4.130 Å, the melt point is 2852℃, the crystal purity is more than 99.95%, the density is 3.58 g/cm3, the Mohs hardness is 5.5, the thermal expansion is 12.8 ppm/℃, the crystal cleavage plane is <100>, the optical transmission is higher than 90% at 200~400nm and higher than 98% at 500~1000nm, the dielectric constants is 9.65, our common size is 10x3mm, 10x5mm, 10x10mm, 15x15mm, 20x15mm, 20x20mm, dia. 2 inch x 0.33mm, dia. 2 inch x 0.43mm.
